TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Goods Return Policy
1.1 Return requests must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery.
1.2 Items must be in original condition, unused, not installed or fitted, in original
undamaged packaging, and free from physical damage.
1.3 Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted for return.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refunds apply only for incorrect items delivered or items paid for but unavailable in
stock.
2.2 Approved refunds will be processed via the company’s chosen method (Bank / M-
Pesa).
2.3 Refunds will be processed within 4 working days.
2.4 No refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders by the customer.
3. VAT Policy
3.1 All prices are exclusive VAT.
3.2 VAT will be applied at checkout and indicated on the invoice.
3.3 VAT refunds apply only to VAT-qualified customers upon submission of original
VAT documents.
4. Sale & Promotional Items
4.1 Offers apply to online purchases only.
4.2 Not applicable to walk-in customers.
4.3 Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
5. Exchange Policy
5.1 Exchanges apply only for damaged items.
5.2 Must be reported within 48 hours.
5.3 Items must be returned via Wells Fargo and meet return conditions.
5.4 Replacement will be arranged after verification.
6. General Note
6.1 Sai Raj Limited reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approval.
